DELIVERY

NATIONAL ORDERS 

We charge a Delivery Fee of R100 anywhere in South Africa – to your doorstep.

If your order is over R1000 then you qualify for Free Shipping.

Certain larger items would attract a delivery fee due to size and bulk of the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your Delivery Address is correct during checkout to prevent unnecessary delays.

If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address (not your Billing Address) please stipulate the Delivery Address details in the shipping column when you check out. This is ideal for deliveries to your office, family or gifts.

DELIVERY TIME

Our Couriers collect Monday – Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)

Main City Centres in South Africa – approximately 1 – 3 working days.

Outlying & Remote Areas – approximately  1 – 4 working days.

Public Holidays may interfere with delivery schedules.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed and our Courier is booked, you will automatically receive a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.

Should you not receive a tracking number within 2 working days after placing your order, then please email us with your full name or order number. (Please check your spam email just in case)

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified try the following:

1. Please check your order confirmation email & ensure your delivery address is correct.

2. If you were out at the time of delivery, our Courier will contact you or try deliver again the next day.

3. If you still require assistance with your delivery then please email us with your full name or order number. We’ll reply within a few hours (during working hours) and try our best to locate your parcel with the courier company.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We also ship Internationally. 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you are not sure, kindly email us so we can assist you.


RETURNS – NATIONAL ORDERS

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

We accept the return of goods purchased on our website only if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition & packaging. Returns must be within 3 days from the delivery date.

In the event of a Return, you will be refunded the full price you paid for the item/s less the courier collection fee of R100. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier collection fee when making a return.

We offer either a store credit or full refund which will be made via bank transfer.

For health reasons, jewellery items with piercing eg. earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

Please email us with your full name, order number and the item/s you would like to return so we can create a ticket for a return request and book our couriers to make a collection from you. (The cost of R100 will be deducted from your credit/ refund amount for the courier to collect)

REFUND/CREDIT TIME

Once we receive your return, in an acceptable condition, it will be processed within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays) to reflect back in your account once we have processed the payment on our side.

Store credit vouchers are issued on the same day, provided your item is in acceptable condition.

EXCHANGES

You are most welcome to exchange your purchased product for something else, provided we have stock of that item.

Please note – there will be TWO COURIER COSTS incurred (a courier cost of R100 to send the product back to us and R80 for us to send you the new product).

RETURNS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note, we do NOT exchange, return or refund International Orders due to the cost involved for both us and the customer.

Kindly ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase before it ships to prevent any future inconvenience or dissatisfaction.

RETURNS – CUSTOM ORDERS

We do NOT exchange, return or refund Custom Orders once they have been delivered.

It is recommended that you are certain when you accept the quotation for a Custom Order before production begins. We usually ask clients to accept in writing when quoted, which is legal and binding. Payment Terms for Custom Orders are also outlined in the quotation.
