Here are a few important notes:
1. Casted Stones – Each one is handmade with meticulous care, yet minor irregularities such as air bubbles may be present. These nuances are an inherent part of the artistic process and do not qualify as flaws. Therefore, refunds or returns cannot be granted on this basis.
2. Shipping Costs – For international orders, we exclusively use DHL. While these fees may be slightly higher than standard postal charges, they come with valuable benefits such as tracked shipping, insurance, and swift door-to-door delivery.
3. Any customs duties, VAT, or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns will only be accepted and refunded based on the condition in which the goods are received. Shipping costs and other applicable duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
